The main component of aluminum tubes is aluminum, and its content is usually more than 90%. Aluminum is a lightweight metal with good thermal and electrical conductivity. Its density is only 2.7g/cm³, which is 1/3 of that of steel, so the aluminum tube is relatively light and easy to carry and install. At the same time, aluminum has good thermal conductivity and can conduct heat quickly, making aluminum tubes widely used in heat exchange and heat dissipation.
In order to improve the strength and corrosion resistance of aluminum tubes, aluminum is usually alloyed with other metal elements.
